The Role Scorecard™ — Working with your team, we determine the primary accountabilities and objectives for the role while also clearly defining the priorities and the measurable results. We also create a job description that can be used for recruiting.
The Role Benchmark™— Once the Role Scorecard has been established, we use surveys and proven science to create an ideal candidate Benchmark to ensure proper fit based on required behaviors, motivators and core skills. Team and cultural dynamics are integrated into the Benchmark to allow for objective scoring.
The Selection Navigator™— Once a pool of qualified candidates has been identified, we take the best of the candidates and match them against the Benchmark. All major attributes are measured on a red/yellow/green scale to help you decide who the best candidate is. Based on our evaluations, we will be able to tell you how they will impact the team and the business.
The Results Maximizer™— The first 90 days are the most critical time for any new hire – for the new employee and the manager. Getting aligned and synchronized quickly is critical. We have coaching calls with the new hire and manager individually at the 30, 60 and 90 day marks.
